Intellectual Property
Final approved project files and completed deliverables belong to the client after full payment is completed.
RexTant reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolio, case studies, or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.
Limitation of Liability
We strive to provide high-quality work and professional service. However, RexTant is not responsible for indirect losses, platform issues, third-party app failures, policy changes, or business losses beyond our direct control.
